Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS system Toast and cash register Support the kitchen team when needed by assisting with basic food prep or restocking supplies Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast POS system similar platforms is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Prior host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a team-oriented attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team that values your dedication and passion for hospitality!
