Server/Cashier

Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server/Cashier, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food handling, and seamless cashiering. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision while maintaining accountability for all transactions Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist in food preparation or plating when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable and coordinate guest seating efficiently to optimize flow during peak hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Experience with food industry tools like OpenTable for reservations management is a plus Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
