We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Expeditor to join our team for the busy season. This role plays a key part in supporting our service department by ensuring a smooth and organized workflow—from customer drop-offs to boat readiness and pickup. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers during boat drop-off and pick-up Ensure all boats in service are clean and ready for pickup or transport Cover boats nightly and keep them free from debris (rain, snow, leaves, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lot and shop area Pick up parts as needed to support service operations Assist with shop cleanliness and complete equipment maintenance checklists Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a service or customer-facing role preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire) Minimum age 18 required Safety-first mindset in all aspects of work
