The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive, powersports (Motorcycle, side by side, ATV, Watercraft), or marine service and possess excellent customer service skills. Prior service or parts experience in the Powersports or Marine field is a plus. Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs
• Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval for services
• Schedule appointments and maintain service records
• Assist with cash handling and invoicing processes Qualifications
• Prior experience in automotive, powersports or marine service or related field preferred
• Knowledge of auto body repair, brake repair, diesel engine repair, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with suspension and alignment systems
• Strong service writing skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
