Specialized experience must demonstre the following: 1) Applying primary prevention principles, sexual assault dynamics, and local social services delivery systems, concepts, principles and theories and community resources for sexual assault, victim advocacy, and the prevention and response to provide one-one-one victim advocacy assistance and informion to sexual assault victims; 2) Effectively coordining victim services (e.g. medical, legal, mental health, and investigive) with various agencies by applying knowledge of military, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DON), the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program, local, ste, and federal laws, and military regulions pertaining to victims of sexual assault; 3) Employing professional, verbal and written communicion methods and techniques to effectively communice with all levels of management, staff, and intervening agencies and present training; 4) Employing interpersonal skills and professional, verbal and written communicion methods and techniques to build trust and develop supportive relionships with military personnel and families of diverse backgrounds (racial, ethnic, religious, socioeconomic), sexual oriention, and gender identifies; and 5)Accepting official reports of sexual assault by assisting the victim in the reporting process.6) Utilizing various office filing systems and methods to maintain an accure system for SAPR program da collection and reports.
