Signs & Graphic Shop Manager

The Role We're hiring a Signs & Graphics Shop Manager who not only knows how to lead a team and manage daily operations but also has the creativity and drive to contribute to various design projects. This hybrid role blends production management, customer service, and graphic design. What You'll Do Oversee daily shop operations including scheduling, production flow, quality control, and inventory Lead a small production/design team Collaborate with clients and sales to deliver high-impact visual solutions Create or refine designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Operate and maintain large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and related equipment Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to spec Assist with installations and site surveys as needed Manage vendor relationships and material orders Contribute to marketing efforts and internal signage What You Bring 3+ years of experience in signage/graphics production or design Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite required) Experience managing people or projects Experience with HP365 Latex Printer/ HP Latex 64 Plus Cutter is A Must!
