Job Description

Cattlemen's Processing is a USDA Inspected beef slaughter and processing facility. We are looking to fill a position in our Slaughter Department. Working hours are Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Federal holidays off. Duties and Responsibilities Processing carcass parts, washing, and trimming product on harvest floor Maintaining Identity of carcasses and parts as required by our process and USDA Properly denaturing and discarding inedible beef product Responsible for Pre and Post operational sanitation Upholding sanitation to USDA standards
Skills Required:
Attention to detail is a must Experience in slaughter a plus but not required Knowledge of USDA standards a plus but not required

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
