Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Listening & Survey Analytics Contractor to support the People Analytics & Research team with employee listening, survey analytics, workforce research, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing employee survey data, conducting advanced statistical and text analysis, developing dashboards and executive-ready presentations, and translating complex findings into clear business recommendations. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality when handling employee data, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with HR and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends, key drivers, patterns, and actionable insights for HR and business leaders. Conduct advanced survey analytics including driver analysis, significance testing, benchmarking, statistical analysis, and employee listening research. Analyze open-ended employee survey comments using qualitative analysis and AI-assisted text analytics techniques. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate employee experience insights. Translate analytical findings into clear business implications, recommendations, and compelling data stories for non-technical stakeholders. Support survey design, measurement development, reporting improvements, data quality initiatives, and analytical methodology enhancements.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience analyzing employee survey data and large workforce datasets, including advanced survey analytics. Advanced Excel skills with strong statistical analysis and data validation capabilities. Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar employee survey platforms. Strong experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization/reporting tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience using R, Python, SQL, or other statistical programming tools for analytics and automation. Experience with text analytics, qualitative survey analysis, or AI-assisted analysis of open-ended comments. Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience, employee listening, or People Analytics programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to HR, business leaders, and non-technical audiences. Exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality controls. Ability to work independently and manage reporting deliverables within critical timelines.

Remote /
Hybrid Schedule:
Part-time, up to 30 hours per week
Time Zone:
Flexible, with availability to support critical reporting timelines.
