Monitor progress against synergy milestones, flag potential delays, and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate workstream owners. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 5-12 years of experience, including meaningful involvement in post-merger integration, transformation, program management, or similarly complex cross-functional initiatives. Experience in a PE-backed environment is preferred; familiarity with integration governance, sponsor reporting, and value-capture activities is a plus. Experience in engineering, AEC, environmental, technical services, or another project-based professional services environment is a meaningful differentiator. Big Four or boutique advisory experience in PMI, strategy, or transformation is welcome, particularly for candidates seeking to move into an operating role. Strong ownership and follow-through; operates independently, anticipates next steps, and keeps workstreams moving between leadership check-ins. What Will Make This Person Exceptional They understand where integrations commonly stall—including culture, middle management, IT, systems, and compensation—and help identify issues before they become larger problems. They can communicate effectively with technical professionals, functional leaders, executives, and external advisors. They can manage detailed workstream execution while understanding how individual activities contribute to the broader integration strategy. They bring structure, urgency, and calm judgment to a complex and constantly evolving environment. Organizational Context This role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and works closely with the Integration Management Office, legacy IT leadership, AI program leaders, functional executives, and business-unit leadership. The Director, Integration does not carry permanent P&L ownership or BU responsibility. Its scope is the integration program itself, with a primary focus on coordination, execution support, reporting, and issue resolution through the platform stabilization horizon. This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution during a pivotal period in the combined firm's history.
