Open Positions Prevention Counselor:
Bachelor's degree required; starting salary of $37,500.
Intervention Counselor:
Master's degree required; starting salary of $41,250. Responsibilities Provide prevention education, counseling, and student-support services. Conduct screenings and develop individualized service plans. Provide individual, group, and family services, as appropriate. Respond to crises using intervention and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with families, school personnel, and community providers. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
Requirements Prevention:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
Intervention:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Experience working with youth is preferred. Must pass Level II and School District background screenings and a pre-employment drug screening. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required.
