Applicants must hold a Missouri Counselor Certificate. Starting salary for teacher's with a bachelor's degree is $46,500.00. The Hickman Mills School District honors all years of full time, certified teaching that is verified for placement on the salary schedule up to steps available on the schedule. The Hickman Mills C-1 School District prides itself on serving a proudly diverse and historic community on the south side of Kansas City, MO. The district provides all the benefits and resources found in larger urban/suburban settings, but with a small community feel within the staff and Hickman Mills Community.
