Qualifications and Experience:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Strong foundation in counseling practices, leadership, and management Effective communicator with proven skills in both oral and written expression Experienced in working with individuals, small groups, and classroom-sized groups Capable of building collaborative relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving abilities Comfortable analyzing and improving processes to better serve student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling services to students individually, in small groups, and within classrooms Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students academic and personal success Assess student needs, identify challenges, and help develop strategies for improvement Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school protocols Participate in school-wide initiatives and create a welcoming, supportive environment
