Coach & Mentor:

Supervise and assist adult trainees during daily vocational and hands-on work programs.

Personalized Support:

Build real connections with trainees to understand their emotional needs, individual goals, and skill levels.

Skills Development:

Guide individuals through task completion, teamwork, and behavioral goals to foster independence.

Collaborative Safety:

Partner closely with the Vocational Director to maintain a clean, organized, secure, and positive Christian work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Age & Education:

Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

Credentials :

Must hold a valid Driver's License.

Experience :

1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred (educational coursework or specialized training can also be considered).

Background Check:

Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and clean drug test.
