Job Description

As an Employment Support Specialist , you'll work directly with individuals to identify employment goals, find opportunities that match their strengths and interests, and provide the support they need to succeed in the workplace. What You'll Do Partner with clients to identify realistic employment goals based on their interests, abilities, experience, and personal values. Support clients throughout the employment journey—from planning and job searching to training, placement, and ongoing job success. Build relationships with local employers and community partners to identify opportunities and coordinate resources. Help clients navigate workplace challenges, learn job responsibilities, and develop the skills needed to maintain employment. Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients and employers to encourage successful, sustainable employment. Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining timely communication, documentation, and coordination with the treatment team. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other human behavioral science field. Bachelor's Degree in any field plus paid or volunteer experience in human service or mental health field may qualify as an exception by the Regional Clinical Supervisor. A cellphone is required. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Holds a valid Indiana Driver's License, has a reliable vehicle, a good driving record, and insurance.
