What You'll Do As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients by providing direct care and implementing behavior intervention strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering behavior intervention services to clients in their homes. Completing the agency's 40-hour CBI training program and applying learned techniques in real-life scenarios. Observing and documenting client progress while maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with team members and families to create a positive impact. Traveling to client homes using your reliable transportation. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar or related field. 21 years of age or older . A high school diploma or equivalent . Completion of the agency's 40-hour CBI training program , including curriculum, CPI, CPR, and other required trainings (as outlined in the Trainer Manual). Completion of 8 hours of observed direct work with a client before independent service delivery. A clean background check , including KBI, APS, CPS, and Nurse Aide Registry clearances.
