Now hiring for the Fall 2026 semester All applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified': a current student at Macomb Community College taking
AT LEAST 6
credit hours.•currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid•If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit this form and contact with questions. Job Responsibilities General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying and faxing. Assist with special events Update job boards and MacombCareerLink Provide information and customer service to clients Greet and properly direct clients to appropriate areas and departments Assist with CS bulk mailings May distribute mail and prepare mailings Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary May research departmental issues Assist in tracking and ordering office supplies and resources Assist CS Team in implementing programs Cross train in all Career Services areas to insure basic assistance to all clients as needed Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned to enhance job skills Perform other duties as assigned Education High school graduate or GED equivalent. Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
