This is a great fit for someone looking for flexible weekend work, extra income, or a meaningful part-time position . We are specifically looking for staff with Saturday and/or Sunday availability . Hours are based on your availability and client needs, with opportunities to pick up additional hours if desired.

We provide training and support to help you succeed. Duties As a Weekend Job Coach, you will: Provide one-on-one job coaching and employment support Support clients at their workplaces and in the community Help clients develop workplace skills, routines, and independence Encourage clients to complete tasks as independently as possible Help clients work through employment-related barriers and challenges Follow individualized client plans and support strategies Monitor and document client progress Communicate important updates with Employment Links staff Maintain professional boundaries Provide dependable and person-centered support The goal of this position is to help each client become as independent and successful as possible in their employment and community activities.
Requirements Applicants must:
Have a valid driver's license Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance Be able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study Be dependable and punctual Have strong communication skills Be comfortable working independently Be patient, encouraging, and respectful Be able to maintain professional boundaries Be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays Previous experience in disability services, direct support, caregiving, human services, education, or employment services is helpful, but not required . Paid training is provided.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 16.0 per week
