Providing collaborative support across programs to best serve MAPS families in transition. Provides outreach and support to school Programs Provides support to families to connect them with appropriate educational services. Provides resources and consultation to assist in meeting student needs. Provides district-wide support to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Improvement Act.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and/or any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities as appropriate are required. Valid MN/ND driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
