Job Description
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES
: The Job Coach will provide students with direct supervision both in and outside of the agency in order to refine their employability skills; this work may take place one-on-one and/or in a small group setting. They will be responsible for helping students learn, accommodate to and perform work duties. In addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, the Job Coach will help students acquire the necessary interpersonal skills that will be essential in all working environments.Education/Experience:
At least two years' experience working with adolescent students. Experience with special needs population preferred. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.Licensure/Certification:
Valid Driver's License Starting Salary:
$18.00 per hourSchedule:
Monday through Friday, with a variable schedule based on students' needs. Hours can range from 9a-5p/10a-6p/11a-7p; ability to be flexible with one's schedule is requiredBenefits
