As a Job Coach , you will: Provide hands-on job coaching and skills training to participants in workplace settings. Work directly with individuals and employers to support success, stability, and independence in community-based jobs. Create Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), support social and tactical skill development, and address inappropriate workplace behaviors constructively. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Setworks and ensure consistent communication with participants, counselors, and your supervisor. Job Coach - Columbus, OH We are seeking 1-2 part-time Job Coaches to join our team. This role provides 15-20 hours per week and requires flexibility during the following hours: Evening availability (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Monday through Thursday Flexible/open availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Job Coach Requirements (Non-Negotiables): High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable local transportation Proficient in using computers, smartphones, and other mobile tech Able to pass background checks (no disqualifying offenses) Must follow
