Develops and delivers 12 Step lectures as required. Teaches 12 Step recovery principles to patients and provides guidance to aid them in understanding 12 Step philosophy. Will also conduct 12 Step Study lectures as needed at other locations. Involved with planning and providing events such as Alumni Reunion, Alumni Christmas parties, and other Alumni functions as needed. Expected to develop and maintain professional relationships with facility Alumni. Travel is required as needed. Position requires experience in large audience public speaking. Must be able to communicate effectively and appropriately to the needs of the audience. Must have extensive knowledge of 12 Step Programs and an extensive knowledge of chemical dependency and the treatment process. Must have an outgoing professional demeanor. Must have excellent organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge and skills are required. Must be age 25 or older. A Texas driver's license in good standing is required. Must have and maintain a clear driving record. Schedule Tuesday - Saturday 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm Schedule may include mornings to meet staffing needs.
