Position Summary:

The

VIN/BIPP

Coordinator is responsible for leading a coordinated, evidence-based response to individuals who have used violence in intimate partner relationships. This role oversees group facilitators, upholds principles and practices of the Duluth Model, and ensures the program promotes accountability and behavior change. This position advances the mission of the East Texas Crisis Center by reducing recidivism, improving outcomes for survivors, increasing community safety, and promoting a culture of accountability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in criminal justice, social work, psychology or a closely related field required.
• Demonstrated experience with Batterer Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP) curricula and group facilitation required.
• Knowledge and application of group theory, dynamics, and evidence-based intervention strategies required.
• Experience working in domestic violence programs, human services agency, or a related professional setting strongly preferred.

Job Type:

Full-time. Including evenings. Weekends as needed.
