Job Description

CTE Coach Position Summary We are looking for a compassionate and motivated CTE Coach to support adults in achieving their goals related to education, employment, health, and independent living. In this role, you will provide one-on-one coaching, help clients build life skills, and work alongside residential staff to promote independence and success. Responsibilities Develop and monitor individualized goals and service plans. Conduct client intakes and assess needs. Provide coaching and support in education, employment, and independent living. Teach life skills such as time management, organization, communication, budgeting, and self-advocacy. Assist clients with grocery shopping, meal planning, and other daily living activities. Connect clients with community resources, educational programs, and employment opportunities. Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with House Managers and other team members to provide consistent support. Serve as a positive role model and mentor for residents. Participate in team meetings and complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Experience working with adults in residential, vocational, or behavioral health settings preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to support individuals with varying levels of independence. Must be able to pass required Utah state background screenings. Work Environment Work takes place in residential homes and community settings. Position requires walking, standing, and accompanying clients in the community. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
