The STEM Coordinator assists and reports directly to the Hub Coordinator. This role supports the Hub Coordinator with data entry, scheduling, communications, and outreach logistics, extending the overall administrative capacity of the Hub. Designed to provide meaningful professional development aligned with the student's area of study, the position also assists with CTE (Career and Technical Education) visits and delivers developed Launchpad introductory curriculum modules to high school CTE classes and technical workshops.

Administrative & Operational Support:

Assist and report to the Hub Coordinator by executing core administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and project communications to extend the Hub's operational capacity.

Outreach Logistics & CTE Visit Support:

Support the planning and execution of outreach logistics and assist with CTE site visits and high school engagement events.

Curriculum Delivery & Workshop Facilitation:

Deliver developed Launchpad introductory curriculum modules to high school CTE classes and technical workshops Other Duties as

Perform other project-related duties to support the overall goals of the Hub grant initiative. Identifies and pilots innovations in outreach, teaching, and project management processes. Participates in relevant training aligned with hub efforts and workforce education. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience working with students in either a teaching or advising capacity Strong project management skills This position is contingent on funding.
