Position:
The Peer Support Intern will support the programs department by engaging with programs participants in a professional capacity to encourage positive program engagement and success. This role will support Career Readiness and Employment program participants and graduates by contributing to cohort curriculum and providing in-person peer coaching and support.
This position requires collaboration with:
Manager of Career Readiness and Employment Career Readiness and Employment team Life Skills and Transition team Director of Programs Specific Functions of the
Position:
Contribute to cohort curriculum and classroom teaching opportunities for Career Readiness and Employment Program. Provide in-person peer coaching and support for Career Readiness and Employment participants. Assist in the planning and implementation of social groups for adult programs clients and community members.
Qualifications:
Required Primary Attributes:
High school diploma or equivalent. Career Readiness and Employment Internship graduate. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
