Job Description

Wisconsin Community Services is seeking a Peer Support professional to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support to individuals and families involved in behavioral health, justice, and community-based programs. In this role, you will use your lived experience and recovery journey to build trust, offer mentorship, and model hope while helping participants navigate services, access resources, and advocate for their needs. Working within a collaborative, equity-focused team, you will document services, participate in care planning, and coordinate with partners to promote safety, well-being, and successful community integration.
