Job Description

Overview Open interviews September 17, 2026 from 10am - 2pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Case Aide, with some flexible availability, to join our team working with teenage girls, living in a residential group home setting. In this vital role, you will work with our Case Managers, as well as other members of our team, to promote improvements in the overall care of our girls. Your compassionate, professional approach will help foster respect and trust with our girls, your co-workers and other providers in our community, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to create a positive impact in the lives of teenage girls, as you work in a trauma-informed, therapeutic residential environment. Applicants must be at least 22 years old, must have high school diploma or equivalency, valid driver's license, and must pass
CPS / APS
as well as federal criminal background checks. Duties Offer support and encouragement to teenage girls, modeling respect and positive guidance, helping them navigate daily challenges Provide transportation to appointments in the community, relaying information to our team Support program needs by assisting with life skills opportunities Help with office duties and administrative tasks, based on program needs Utilize technology to assist in streamlining workflow and communication Engage in team approach to promoting overall care of our girls Help implement our mission of providing hope to young girls in our care, by counseling, educating, and mentoring them in a safe, nurturing environment
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
