No Experience Necessary The important details: Work hours and schedule are flexible, approximately 20-30 hours a week to start but will grow to full time rapidly based on your learning curve, skills, and desire. Pay is based on skill set, but 100% of your financial success is based on your output! There is a base salary of $12-13/hr, plus opportunity for bonuses. You do not need experience to be successful as a Caregiver! We have an amazing training program so you will be comfortable and confident in your new role as a Beyond Home Care Certified Care Provider We are looking for people who have the heart to care for others! Our client cases are unique and individualized, so we can work with YOUR schedules allowing time off for appointments, vacations, when a child is sick, or quarantined, or even when life happens. With our family friendly culture, we work with you because we know the pressure our employees are under to care for their family and work.
