Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel. Support clients in maintaining their independence while respecting resident rights. Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their quality of life. Assist with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed care plans. Skills Experience in caregiving, particularly with seniors or individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of meal preparation . Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining client dignity and privacy. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others live comfortably in their own homes.
