Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and support to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition for clients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting if necessary
• Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients
• Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Follow established systems and protocols for caregiving

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (Non Driver ID is not permitted) and reliable transportation for transportation needs
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job
• Understanding of resident rights and commitment to upholding them
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
