The primary functions of an ACA are: Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks Assist residents with mobility and transfers Take and record vital signs Assist residents in active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity Monitor resident activity and functional status Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort We are looking for employees on the AM Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Full-time positions work a 4-on, 2-off rotation Part-time positions work either 2-on, 4-off rotation or on-call (PRN) Minimum qualifications are: High school diploma or equivalent CNA level training (no license needed) OR 3 years experience in a heavy care environment Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals Ability to follow written and oral directions Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based) Ability to life 150 pounds Employment requirements include: Current
