Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass required background screening Caregiving experience (professional or private caregiving experience welcome) California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred TB TEST ((Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY Ability to perform the physical duties required for assigned cases Reliable transportation to assigned clients What we offer $20-23 per hour Weekly pay Flexible part-time schedules Short shifts typically ranging from 4-6 hours Day, evening, and weekend opportunities Opportunities for additional shifts based on availability and client needs Supportive home-care environment Caregiver Responsibilities Companionship and supervision Fall prevention and safety supervision Dementia/Alzheimer's support Assistance with personal care and ADLs (bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, bathing, dressing) Medication reminders Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments Who We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and respectful Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and our office Dependable and punctual Comfortable working one-on-one with seniors in their homes Willing to work shorter part-time shifts Flexible with scheduling when possible Available for weekend shifts
