Caregivers needed in Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai, Camarillo, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks & Simi Valley! Are you a compassionate person who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Do you have at least 6 months experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy or Intellectual Disabilities.)? Do you want a flexible job where you can set your own hours with families, based off their needs? If you answered yes to these three questions, we want to hear from you! Educators, Behavioral Therapists, ABA Therapists, Behavioral Assistants, Day Program Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Para-Educators encouraged to apply! Our Respite Caregivers provide care, supervision and companionship to children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who reside at home with their families. Care is in the family's home and local community. Respite care is designed to give the primary caregiver/parent a brief break in the care of their loved one. Typically parents will go on date nights, catch up on errands or sleep, and take care of their own mental health. When you join our award-winning agency, you'll be set up for success!
