Female caregiver needed in Corona CA

We are seeking a full time/part-time female Caregiver to assist one of our male client in Corona, CA 92881. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. This role requires a strong commitment to assisting people with all kinds of personal care needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible care. The ideal candidate should be able to take walks with client in the community, must be mobile and be able to drive client for local errands, Mileage to all errands shall be reimbursed by us. Assist client schedule their appointments and other therapy sessions. They should be able to set achievable goals and measure their goals weekly. Ability to drive client to local errands. Assist with toileting and incontinence care. Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Assist client navigate the internet for during the therapy sessions. Meal preparation and snacks according to clients' dietary needs and preferences, including cooking and serving Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting when necessary. Document client weekly note including any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain HIPAA compliance. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while providing care. Work effectively with individuals who have disabilities, including those with physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments

EXPERIENCE

• At least one year experience working with people with disabilities, particularly in their homes.
• Ability to perform patient observation and vital signs monitoring.
• Basic cooking skills and ability to prepare meals and snacks.
• Experience with home care or group home settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes or group homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

REQUIREMENTS

1 Year Experience supporting adults in the home setting High School Diploma / GED Must have First Aid / CPR Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a California Driver's License Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a criminal background check and drug screening.
