Caregiver — HomeWell Care Services HomeWell Care Services is hiring experienced, compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors throughout North County San Diego. We are looking for dependable caregivers who take pride in their work and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families they serve. Unlike large agencies where caregivers can feel like just another employee, HomeWell emphasizes personalized care, strong communication, and ongoing support. Our care management team works closely with our caregivers and clients to make sure everyone has the support they need. What You'll Do Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include: Companionship and conversation Meal preparation and light housekeeping Transportation and accompaniment to appointments or activities Medication reminders Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene Mobility and transfer assistance Dementia and Alzheimer's support Fall-prevention and home-safety support Providing respite for family caregivers Communicating important observations and updates to the care team What We're Looking For Previous caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check Ability to provide professional references Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong communication skills

Compassion Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 12.0 per week
