Resident Aide (Caregiver) - PM & NOC ShiftFull-Time | Sequoia Springs Assisted Living & Memory Care |

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated caregivers to join our PM and Night Shift (NOC) team. Whether you're helping a resident prepare for bed, providing reassurance during the night, or simply offering a smile, your work has a meaningful impact every day. Healthcare experience is encouraged, but if you have a caring heart, a strong work ethic, and a passion for serving seniors, we want to meet you. What You'll Do As a Resident Aide, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Assist with meal service, hydration, and evening or morning routines. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies. Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and organized. Follow individualized care plans while preserving each resident's dignity and independence. Work closely with Med Techs, nurses, and management to ensure excellent resident care. PM & Night Shift Responsibilities PM Shift Assist residents with dinner, personal care, and bedtime routines. Prepare residents for a restful evening. Complete evening documentation and shift responsibilities. Night Shift (NOC) Conduct resident safety rounds. Respond to call lights and resident needs. Assist with toileting, repositioning, and overnight care. Monitor resident safety and report concerns immediately. Complete cleaning and assigned overnight duties while maintaining a quiet, safe environment. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Compassionate and patient Reliable and punctual A strong team player Professional and respectful Calm under pressure Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers Passionate about providing outstanding care to seniors Qualifications Caregiving, CNA, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or healthcare experience preferred. Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain). Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain if required. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must pass a background check and meet all California RCFE employment requirements.
