Up to $25.00 per hour Job description: California Seniors Care has provided compassionate, high-quality in-home care since 2002. We are seeking energetic and compassionate caregivers to join our team for 4-hour shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will provide: Personalized care tailored to individual client needs. Daily activity assistance to help clients maintain independence. Emotional support and companionship. Outside of the 4 hour shifts we can offer you hours that range from 4-12 hours. We service Santa Clara County with most cases being in San Jose, Campbell and Saratoga areas.

Pay Ranges:

We start at $22 depending on experience, $23 for CNA/HHA's and $25 for 4 hour shifts. If you are passionate about caregiving and looking for flexible part-time hours, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, and mobility support/safety supervision Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support residents with medication reminders Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community outings Utilize proper patient transfer methods and manual handling techniques to ensure safety during mobility support

Experience/Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments. A current HCA( Home care Aide) Registration with the state of CA with the live scan/background check clearance. Current TB (Tuberculosis) test Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's care, memory care, support is highly desirable Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation of care activities Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with patient transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Demonstrated understanding of resident's rights, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of care Join us at California Seniors Care where your dedication can truly improve lives.
