The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, long-term care, and medication administration. Duties

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare provider
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Provide assistance in the dining room during meals as needed
• Utilize medication management systems effectively Requirements
• Certification as a Qualified Medication Aide with a copy of certificate
• Proficiency in medication administration protocols and can follow policy
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings
• Knowledge of and ability to assist with ADLs and care as needed
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
• Ability to accurately record vital signs
• Familiarity with medication management and paper
