What You'll Do In this role, you will drive referral growth for private pay home care services by developing and maintaining relationships with hospital discharge staff, including social workers and RN case managers, as well as area rehabilitation facilities and physicians. You will represent the agency at community and healthcare events to build visibility and generate new referral sources, and you will work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure a smooth experience for patients and their families.
