As a Home Health Aide with us, you will: Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful conversations. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and encourage proper nutrition. Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed. Provide medication reminders as directed. Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes to the supervisor. Run errands or provide transportation when needed. Ensure the client remains safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout each shift.
