Clermont, FL Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 15 hours/week 1099

•3:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and compassionate female caregiver to provide personal support services for a male client in Clermont. The client uses a wheelchair and requires hands‑on assistance with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and safe mobility. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required . The ideal candidate will be patient, professional, and able to maintain a supportive and safe environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with dressing , personal hygiene, and daily care routines Provide feeding support and encourage hydration throughout the day Assist with showering and maintaining proper hygiene Safely support the client with wheelchair mobility Take the client on walks around the neighborhood for exercise and engagement Participate in simple activities such as puzzles, board games, or other preferred hobbies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Communicate any concerns or changes in the client's condition promptly Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and respect at all times Requirements Female caregiver required Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving, personal support, or a related field High School Diploma or GED required Ability to safely assist with personal care and wheelchair support Spanish language skills preferred but not required Must be able to work 15 hours per week , Monday-Friday Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor Must pass a local background check and Level 2 background screening Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic Ideal Candidate Qualities Compassionate and patient Reliable and punctual Comfortable with personal care and mobility assistance Engaging and supportive during activities and walks Able to follow care instructions and maintain client safety
Pay:
$16.50 per hour
