•5:00 PM Position Overview The Male Caregiver provides direct support to an adult client with a developmental disability, assisting with daily living skills, personal care, safety, and meaningful engagement in the home and community. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to supporting the client's independence and quality of life.

•Key Responsibilities Daily Support — Assist with morning routines, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and general supervision. Community Outings — Accompany the client on outings, activities, and appointments; encourage social interaction and community participation. Skill Building — Support the client in practicing communication, self‑care, and independent living skills. Safety Monitoring — Maintain a safe environment and follow all care protocols. Documentation — Complete required notes, logs, and reports accurately and on time. Transportation Support — Provide safe transportation for community activities when needed.

•Required Qualifications Male staff only (client-specific requirement). High school diploma or college degree. One year of experience working with individuals receiving services in a medical or care environment or equivalent education. Ability to pass local and Level 2 background checks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Comfortable working independently and following care plans. Willing and able to participate in community activities with the client.
