Job Description

Senior Nannies Home Health Care is a licensed Florida Nurse Registry connecting compassionate caregivers with seniors and individuals seeking independent living support at home. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and direct referral opportunities tailored to your availability and location. Job Overview We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Companion Caregivers / Homemakers to provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy making a positive impact on seniors' daily lives.
Note:
Companion Care covers non-medical tasks; no hands-on clinical care is involved. Key Responsibilities  Provide friendly conversation, social interaction, and mental stimulation.  Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, dishes, sweeping).  Prepare healthy meals and assist with grocery shopping or meal planning.  Run errands and grocery shopping (cannot transport the client).  Provide medication reminders (non-administered). Florida State Compliance & Hiring Requirements To register with Senior Nannies Home Health Care, candidates must meet Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements: 
Background Check:
Must clear an AHCA Level 2 Fingerprint Background Check via the Florida Care Provider Screening Clearinghouse. 
Independent Contractor Agreement:
Must complete and sign 
Health Documentation:
Statement of Good Health / TB screening completed within the last 12 months. 
Required Training:
Completion of mandatory Florida in-service courses (e.g., 2- Hour Alzheimer's/Dementia Awareness, HIV/AIDS training). 
Transportation:
Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation. 
Work Authorization:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old. Schedule Options  Day shifts / Evening shifts  Weekend assignments
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
