7 days a week As a Caregiver at Platinum Care Group, you will provide non-medical, in-home support services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This vital role involves assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. What kind of home care services does a caregiver provide? Home services or in-home service means assistance with activities of daily living, housekeeping, personal laundry, and companionship provided to an individual in his or her personal residence, which are intended to enable that individual to remain safely and comfortably in his or her own personal residence. The services are focused on assisting the client that is non-medical and is based on assisting to live independently and maintain a personal residence, such as companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, dressing, bathing, and medication reminders.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Assist with mobility, including transfers and walking assistance. Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to the care coordinator or supervisor. Follow individualized care plans to ensure client needs are met. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.Qualifications:
A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care. Previous caregiving experience and a motivation to learn (we provide training). Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families. Reliable, patient, and attentive to client needs. Ability to pass a background check. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable). Must beDRUG-FREE

Verifiable experience and/or training in providing care for senior or disabled persons in a professional environment. Demonstrated competency in the skills required to meet the needs of our clients. Ability to physically assist the client. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Ability to pass background check. Must be able to provide a pre-employment physical exam or TB test results. Provide proof of eligibility and valid work authorization to work in the United States. Must have a reliable personal cell phone where you can be contacted. If providing transportation and escort services to client, must have a valid US driver's license, good driving record, valid auto insurance and a reliable car.
