•We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, observation, and monitoring, as well as the ability to create a nurturing environment for those with varying needs, including individuals with disabilities. •

•Responsibilities Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of patients. Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs. Observe and report changes in patients' conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents in a group home setting. Support patients with daily activities, encouraging independence while providing necessary assistance. Engage patients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Administer CPR and first aid when necessary, following established protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in patient care or working in a group home setting is preferred. Driving preferred. Strong skills in patient observation and monitoring to identify changes in health status. Ability to perform basic cooking tasks while adhering to dietary restrictions. Knowledge of vital signs measurement techniques is an asset. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
