We provide non-medical home care that helps seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. The Role We're hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to support seniors and adults in their own homes across the Naperville area. You'll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through personal care, companionship, and everyday support — no two days quite the same, but every day making a real difference. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs Provide friendly companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities Support light housekeeping, laundry, and general home upkeep Help with meal preparation and grocery or errand assistance Provide respite support for family caregivers Assist clients living with Alzheimer's or dementia with patience and understanding Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition or home environment Follow each client's individualized, non-medical care plan
