Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space, ensuring a safe environment. Support heavy lifting tasks when necessary, aiding clients with mobility challenges. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Document daily activities and any changes in client condition for review by supervisors. Skills Strong background in social work or experience in assisting individuals with varying needs. Knowledge of patient care practices and senior care principles. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or transportation needs. Proficient in meal preparation and cooking for diverse dietary requirements.
