Shift is Part-time & candidat is expected to work Tuesdays and Fridays 10am-2pm Responsibility Assist with activities of daily living and create positive atmosphere for clients in their homes. Perform light housekeeping, and run errands, and ADL activities looking for someone to start immediately Additional days and hours may be assigned to the caregiver. Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs Follow all safety protocols and care plans established by medical teams or family members Must have a car and vehicle insurance Skills Experience with dementia care Knowledge of meal prep Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and follow detailed care plan
