Current Openings We are hiring for a variety of schedules, including: Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekday assignments Weekend assignments Every-other-weekend availability Part-time and higher-hour schedules may be available depending on client needs and your availability. Home Caretaker Responsibilities Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include: Providing companionship and supervision Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Helping with mobility and transfers Preparing simple meals Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Assistance with errands and appointments Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Monitoring for changes in the client's condition Communicating concerns to the office Completing required visit documentation Providing respectful, dependable, and professional care Qualifications Applicants must: Be 21 years of age or older Currently reside in Indiana Have a valid driver's license Have dependable transportation Be willing to travel to client homes in Lake and/or Porter County Be comfortable assisting clients with personal care Be dependable and punctual Be willing to work every other weekend when required Be able to pass required background screening Complete company orientation and required training Previous experience as a Home Caretaker, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, DSP, Personal Care Attendant, Companion, or Direct Care Worker is preferred.
