Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, helping clients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and health are prioritized. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, observations, and any incidents in compliance with privacy standards •This position is 12p-6p Monday-Thursday and 12p-4:15p on Fridays. Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications like HIPAA training are a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when necessary for patient transfers or mobility assistance Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life Join us as an In Home Caregiver and become an essential part of a team dedicated to providing compassionate, professional care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably at home.
